UHaul customer-service emails sent out after Austin man’s car exploded

A Texas man who was trapped in a car with a gas explosion and suffered burns after his car burst into flames has been able to get a new one.

According to KHOU, the UHau customer service email sent out by the company Tuesday was not the one sent to the customer in the video.

The Houston Chronicle reported that the U.S. Postal Service had sent the customer a new UHana service card, but the U Haul website says the card is currently “out of stock.”KHOU contacted the UHHana representative for a comment.
