A QVC customer service spokesperson has revealed that the company is currently working on a new portal that would help customers check if their broadband provider was working to resolve faults.
In a blog post, QVC’s customer support team said they were currently working to ensure the service portal was fully functional before adding the feature.
“We have made great progress over the past few months to improve our ability to provide customer service on QVC.
However, there are some technical challenges we need to address,” the QVC spokesperson said.
QVC has been experiencing network problems over the last few months, which have impacted its customers and forced it to delay the rollout of its next major product, QTM, and to make the launch of QTM conditional on customer service being restored.
The QTM launch is expected to take place in March 2018.
A spokesperson for QVC said the portal would be launched over the coming weeks.
