Google customer support is having trouble keeping up with the number of complaints coming in about Lawn Service.
A spokesperson for the company has confirmed to the Wall Street Journal that the company is in the process of closing its customer service team and will be closing its office at the request of the owners.
This is the second time the company’s been hit with a crisis in recent months.
The first, in October, saw the company suspend sales of its new Android-powered Google Home smart home hub and its Android app, after more than 400 complaints from customers.
The company has since been working on ways to fix the issues, but these latest troubles have taken its work back to a standstill.
In a statement, the company said that it was taking “urgent steps” to restore customer service for Lawn Service customers.
Google Home users have been unable to access the service since November 30.
The issue first popped up in October with Lawn Service owners telling the Wall of Wall Street they could no longer use their devices to access Google Home’s voice-controlled services.
In response to a request for comment from The Verge, Google told The Verge that the service was experiencing issues and it was working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
“We’re working on resolving the issue on our end and we’ll let you know as soon as we have more information,” the company told the publication.
The problem was first identified by Lawn Service users on Twitter on November 30 and it has been plaguing users since that time.
Lawn Service is a company that sells the Android-based smart home device for use with Google Home, which is a smart home assistant device that can control devices such as lights, thermostats, and more.
Its Android app and Google Home Hub are currently available for free on the Play Store.
Google’s Home Hub is currently the top selling Android device in the US.
According to the company, the average price of Lawn Service devices is around $200, which can make the service difficult to compete against if it was a more traditional service.
